Reaching out for support is a brave step in your healing journey. As a therapist, my goal is to create a collaborative therapeutic environment tailored to your needs and goals. I work with clients as young as 7 as well as teenagers and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal struggles. , I utilize an integrative approach using multiple therapeutic modalities while leaning on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic-based therapies, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I have extensive experience working with neurodivergence (including ADHD and Autism) and trauma. , Every person deserves a place to show up as they are. My office is ADA accessible, and focused on affirming all identities including the LGBTQ+ community. I am also trained in providing letters to those seeking trans-affirming healthcare, and provide supervision for those seeking LCSW licensure.
