I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and those working to understand and embrace their unique, intersectional identity. I have an emphasis in working with a diverse range of persons and thus strive to create particularly inclusive, trauma-informed, kink/sex-positive, neurodivergent-friendly, and ENM/poly-friendly therapeutic spaces. , I utilize a unique, evidence-based approach developed from years of clinical mental health experience and leadership development work to help persons discover the skills to reach their goals in a radically inclusive way that not only highlights strengths, but also emphasizes acceptance of their whole person to allow for truly authentic achievement. , I believe each relationship must be approached as the unique intersection of persons and ideas that it is. I endeavor to explore challenges with curiosity and cultural humility and my experience as a black, multiracial, non-binary person married to a white trans man has certainly solidified my belief in this approach.
