I utilize experiential and body-based therapy in my work, including Gestalt Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Nature-Based Therapy, Breathwork and Mindfulness. , I work from a perspective of radical honesty and authenticity, bringing a combination of compassion and tough love to the table.
