Ive helped clients build their self-esteem, manage peer conflict, regulate their emotions, and develop skills to help manage anxiety and depression. Through play therapy, I’ve worked with clients as young as 3 years old. ", I strive to create a welcoming environment for clients to feel safe and comfortable to explore what has been making life difficult. There are a lot of stressors that come with life; pressures of doing well in school, peer conflicts, along with big life changes.
