Above and Beyond Community Services, is a counseling and psychotherapy practice with locations in Waterbury and New Britain and serving surrounding communities. Our practitioner is a highly trained License Professional Counselor who specializes in treating a wide verity of mental health dysfunctions including anxiety, depression, personality disorders, spectrum disorder and ADHD/ADD. Above and Beyond Community Services provide individual psychotherapy treatment as well as family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. , We specialize in using theoretical orientations, such as dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, trauma focused therapy, mindfulness-based counseling, interpersonal therapy, etc. We also specialize in working with children and adolescents in areas such as behavior management, emotional regulation skills, social skills and anger management , If you are experiencing psychological distress and/ or emotional distress please give us a call.
