About Us

As a therapist and as a person, I have a genuine appreciation of others and connect with just about anyone. I help my clients navigate their unique struggles, grow through their challenges, and discover their greatness. Clients and fellow clinicians describe me as real (read: not “therapist’ish”), calming, validating, non-judgmental, optimistic, compassionate, intuitive, patient and able to identify and bring out people’s strengths. Clients who have been in therapy for years prior to our meeting have said about me that it’s the first time they’ve felt seen and heard. , " I work with couples, adults, adolescents, and groups–clients suffering from acute and complex trauma, abuse and neglect, anxiety, depression, and many other issues, all with a focus on fostering the capacity for loving relationships – with self and others. I have a special interest in fitness and nutritions role in thriving emotionally and spiritually. ", I have a creative background (music, film, improv), and I bring gentle humor into our sessions to help us see light within the darkness, and energize us to move forward. I have decades’ experience in a variety of settings, including the IOP/PHP at C.H.H. and workshops and retreats through Yale University, focusing on relationships and character refinement.
