Hi, I’m glad you’re here! My therapy style is a warm, inviting and collaborate space where you can talk about your thoughts and experiences as you deepen understanding of situations that are challenging you. I believe in your unlimited capacity to grow and heal, and I’m here to help you as you work toward your goals for your mental health. I provide an empathetic and secure therapy space for you to create compassion and security in relationships – especially when that relationship is with yourself. I use an integrated approach that includes Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and IFS.
