About Us

I have worked with clients that have a variety of issues. I am licensed as both a mental health and a substance use provider. I offer a goal oriented treatment using an integrative therapeutic approach. I have worked in several different settings including Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitals where the goal was stabilization to Detoxification Facilities. I have also worked at various other levels of care, which include Partial Hospital Programs and Intensive Out Patient. I have also spent two years working in an Outpatient Anxiety Center and have worked for several Community Based Mental Health Programs. , I have extensive experience in both anxiety disorders and trauma. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and DBT while working with anxiety and impulse control disorders. I use cognitive processing therapy when working with traumatized clients. I am also in the process of learning EMDR. , I also provide Trauma Focused Therapy, which is the real story of what happened to them. I provide psychoeducation on what is trauma and what are the effects of trauma, what does trauma look like, and we identify the maladaptive coping skills. I assist clients with the development of more healthy adaptive coping skills to improve a clients outcomes.
