I believe that building a therapeutic relationship starts with getting to know each client and creating an engaging space. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and utilize solution focused techniques. I have experience working with all ages, and I currently see both adults and teenagers. I am close to UCONN and Eastern and love to work with college students. In addition to providing therapy services, I also offer clinical supervision and art therapy supervision for individuals working towards their ATR or LPC credentials. , Each person that I work with is unique in their own ways, and I tailor my approach specifically to each client. I believe that therapy is about processing both the past and present, and moving forward. We will work together to create a treatment plan that fits your own goals, and does not have to include art making. , My approach is flexible, fluid, eclectic, and accepting. Art Therapy can be used as a primary form of treatment, or as a supplement to talk therapy. You do not have to be an artist or have any artistic experience to benefit from this approach. Art therapy does not have to be used in our work together, and we can utilize your preferred approach.
