Hi! I’m Allyson (she/her) and I am a queer identified therapist. I have over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist in many types of settings including schools, agencies, and the community. I have extensive experience working with trauma as well as young people. My work is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I see therapy as it’s own type of creative process and it looks different for every person. I am here to support you peel back the layers and come home to yourself. , As a queer therapist I am most drawn to working with individuals who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community and those who are exploring their sexual and/or gender identities. The more we are able to love and accept who we are the more we are able to feel internal peace. I would love to walk with you on your path to living your truth. , Exploring things like who you are, where you are on your life path, and ways to feel more at peace in your day to day life are courageous journeys.
