About Us

My mission is to help new parents, parents-to-be, teens and young adults manage anxiety and create positive change. As a clinical social worker with a background in yoga, movement and nutrition, I will help you focus your energy, create an action plan and feel better. I collaborate with medical and other community providers to make sure that we are treating you as a whole person, and not just your symptoms. I work with women and families struggling with infertility, pregnancy and perinatal mental health concerns and transitions, as well as teens and young adults experiencing anxiety around family, work, trauma and relationships, View 4 Photos, Wellness is a combination of mental health, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, time in nature, social supports, and purpose. We will create goals, discuss barriers, celebrate small steps and even laugh a little. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and love helping women adjust to all of the changes that come with pregnancy and motherhood. , The office is located in the Elmwood section of West Hartford.
