I believe that my clients are the experts on their lives. With that philosophy, I work collaboratively with my clients to work toward their goals & help realize their full potential. My clients are insightful, motivated to make positive change, & interested in learning more about their own emotional & relational patterns to enhance their self-awareness & break unhealthy cycles. My clinical style is generally Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) & psychodynamic/insight-oriented; however, I adjust my style to fit my clients, integrating other styles such as mindfulness, strengths-based & motivational interviewing as appropriate. , I am also trained in Accelerated Recovery Therapy & EMDR, both of which are highly effective therapies for PTSD, anxiety, phobias, self-esteem, grief & depression. My varied training & clinical styles allow me to meet my clients where they are at & tailor my approach to their individual needs. , I have helped empower clients to work through & overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, loss, trauma & more.
