I love working with teens, their families, and couples to foster new ways of interacting/communicating with each other to one that is more productive and understanding. I have several years of experience working with teens and can help teens and their families work through what can be a challenging time. I also enjoy individual work (all ages) & will offer honest/direct feedback if desired. Depression, anxiety, codependency, self-harm/suicidality, substance abuse, and self-confidence are primary issues I treat.
