About Us

I am a trauma-focused, relational licensed psychotherapist practicing in depth and existential traditions. I work together with clients to create and reach goals and commit to them inquisitively. We will employ myriad methods, including visual, expressive, and somatic modalities to enhance coping skills, make meaning, and foster change- all with an open and direct approach. I work well with persons undergoing stress, anxiety, depression, and existential concerns. We will together build a compassionate and curious container to undertake this work. I work extensively with creatives, activists, and highly attuned folks. , I am EMDR-Certified, which I use for acute and complex traumas, OCD/phobias, chronic pain, and as a part of a depth and somatic framework. These techniques pair with focuses on attachment traumas, anxiety, obsessions, disordered eating and thinking, stress, grief, existential-humanistic modalities, and addiction in humanistic and psychodynamic orientations. , I have experience working with Trans, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, Poly individuals, and couples. Outside of therapeutic work, I am engaged in socio-political activism, writing/research in humanistic arenas, and have an active practice of arts and design-systems thinking around the climate crises and related human-nature detachment.
