About Us

As a psychologist, consultant and coach in the area of behavioral health, my primary goal is to provide a comfortable, trusting and professional environment where individuals can work on important issues that effect their life. I provide a comprehensive set of services for adults across the lifespan ages 18 to 100+ years old. I offer assessment, evaluation, and treatment interventions for individuals, couples, families and groups with general clinical, issues (i.e. Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship Problems, Family Conflict and Parenting). I provide services for patients with health problems, injury and neuropsychological issues with a focus on life adjustment and living with serious illness. , I offer services to people who have concerns about aging, cognitive and memory issues, dementia, stroke, or are caring for loved ones and need family/caregiver education and support. I also work with individuals who want to manage issues such as, smoking, sobriety, weight management, sleep issues, chronic pain and other lifestyle management behaviors. , I have expertise working with people who are going through difficult life transitions or are in need of problem management. I provide coaching and consulting services for people with work related concerns, are grappling with leadership and organizational issues or school and career decisions. I also provide professional services to healthcare workers and organizations.
