I offer individual therapy and this spring will be offering a GROUP: "Thriving With My Adult ADHD." Group is an affordable way to access high quality care and each session is priced to be of service to a wide range of clients at only $25 per session ($200 for the group). This original curriculum has been tested on hundreds of people and has been demonstrated to be highly effective for so many clients who are now thriving! , I am particularly excited to offer "Thriving w/ my Adult ADHD" this spring. This group is perfect for long time ADHDers, newly diagnosed adults, and those wondering if they have ADHD. This once weekly, 50 minute, neurodiversity affirmative group will leave you with a holistic understanding of ADHD, skills, tools, and strategies, and community. , Therapy, to me, is a combination of bearing witness, holding hope, developing skills, and deepening curiosity and compassion for one’s own internal life.
