As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my specialties include Addictions, Eating Disorders, Abuse/ Domestic Violence, Trauma, Codependency, Depression, and Anxiety Disorders. I over 15 years of working with children, adolescents and adults providing individual, couples and family therapy. , " As a professional counselor, I am experienced in different treatment methods which I integrate according to each clients unique needs. I have extensive training and experience treating addictions, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attachment issues, mood disorders and relational conflicts. My style of counseling is based on person-centered, solution focused and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral) techniques.
