Hi! I’m Chrissy and Welcome to 928 Art and Counseling, LLC. I am an Artist, Registered Art Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Certified Neurofeedback provider in Connecticut. Currently, I specialize in working with adults 18+, with a variety of wellness needs: anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress from challenging life transitions. I am passionate about helping you reach a place of peace and strength through the use of Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Existential Therapy, Infrared Light Therapy, and Neurofeedback. , Therapeutic sessions will foster an atmosphere for exploration and empowerment while providing support and collaboration to achieve insight and treatment goals.
