I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. I have in depth experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings. I have a background in working with individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma related disorders, substance use/addiction, and personality disorders. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, to help my clients to identify and challenge faulty thought patterns, and develop coping strategies that empower them toward wellness. , I am extremely passionate about fostering a safe and non-judgmental space in which my clients can learn and grow. I view the counseling process as collaborative, offering my clients a motivating, mindful, and empathetic experience throughout the therapeutic process. , In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at local animal shelters, caring for my many pets, and enjoying nature!
