When individuals experience severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My greatest passion is bringing healing to people who have been through such experiences. I help my clients by implementing a holistic approach which includes healing the mind, body, and spirit. With an emphasis on empowering women, it is vital for my wellness approach to offer services that create an environment that is conducive to healing. , No single approach is the right one for every individual. I have been trained in a range of modalities which include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectial Behavioral Therapy, and Grief Therapy to name a few. I also incorporate essential oils, crystals, and breath work into my mental health wellness sessions to establish balance and tranquility. , I temper the process with creativity, imagination, humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals. My wellness approach offers collaborative services with a Naturopathic Physician along with, Tai Chi classes, meditation, and sound bowel healing, to provide an optimum level of care. Pet grief therapy is also offered as well.
