In my career, I have worked with people within communities including high achieving professionals, veterans, university students, couples, parents, and families. Together, we have navigated a wide array of life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, sexual wellness, chronic health concerns, identity development and legacy work. , I engage in therapeutic work by integrating therapeutic approaches and establishing meaningful connections. My clinical specializations include trauma treatment, cultural identity development, and integrative approaches to overall health and wellness. , I work with people to cultivate wellness and growth through the exploration of their identities, fostering emotional awareness, highlighting healthy ways of managing relational conflicts, and coping with emotional distress.
