About Us

My clinical focus is developmental trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood and addictive disorders. I employ an integrative approach to therapy, designed to reduce intrusive symptoms and improve functioning, and to support overall wellness. Depending on your needs, goals and preferences, we can combine traditional "talk" therapy with QEEG informed Neurofeedback, and EMDR, to aid recovery from adverse life experiences, and move from surviving to engaging more fully in the world. Having significant personal experience in my own life transformation, I will strive to help you uncover and strengthen your own inner resources to support you in facing your unique life challenges. , In addition to a trauma-focused therapy specialization, I am a trained substance use counselor with significant experience working with individuals, couples and families who have been adversely impacted by substance addiction and/or related addictive disorders. , I firmly believe there is an inner light to be found in even the most troubled individuals which, when identified and cultivated, can lead them to make remarkable and enduring changes in their lives.
