As we are all different, so is each therapeutic relationship. Therefore, no one approach works for all. I strive to meet people just as and where they are. We best serve others by seeing them as a whole within the context of their environment. This includes our: mental wellness/ state of mind, physical/ state of body, and spiritual/ state of soul. Together we will explore the relationship between your beliefs, experiences, and the lens in which you see yourself and the world around you. My practice is person-centered and strength-based; providing insight, advocacy, education and encouragement to help people reach their goals. , I have extensive experience in grief work which I see transcends to all areas of need. Whether loss of identity, health, marriage, job, control, etc. My other work experience includes chronic mental and physical illness, hospice, and Christian counseling. I specialize in life transitions, spirituality, grief, serious illness, anxiety and depression. , My work is both challenging and rewarding. I understand the importance of the therapeutic relationship built on trust and established in a safe, healing environment. I believe in the power of being truly present and the impact of feeling heard, understood, and supported. It is an honor to sit with others in their truth as we navigate this sacred time.
