I do encourage mindfulness practices in our work and focus heavily on self regulation strategies & self compassion and care, as well as CBT interventions. Additionally, I incorporate a psychodynamic approach, which considers personality and family history to address the underlying causes of problems or challenges. Lastly, I offer a mind-body approaches to support individuals in a whole-person, strength-based way, combining insight with action. , I have wanted to be a therapist since I had a helpful therapist when I was a teenager. I draw from a diverse array of educational, career and my own life experiences in my daily , Goal setting is a collaborative approach from the initial session.
