My approach is both person-centered and trauma-informed. I have experience working with children, adolescents, teens and adults. I also have experience working with people with brain injury/concussion as well as people who identify as ADHD, “On the spectrum,” Neurodivergent, Neurodiverse, LGBTQ and other marginalized groups. I also have experience working with caregivers, veterans, and divorced/single parents. , I have training in ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, school issues, self-esteem, substance use, concussion/brain injury and post/prolonged/persistent concussion symptoms (3 months after a brain injury).
