I specialize in addiction, anxiety and depression, I study and focus specifically on these areas so I can provide high quality individualized treatment. As people we all create patterns in our early life that protect us, at some point these patterns or behaviors become unhelpful and are no longer needed yet cause consistent struggles. After becoming aware of our patterns, we can begin to challenge and change them. ", In my practice, I focus on being radically genuine, honest, and working from a place of curiosity without judgment. As a clinician, I strive to be transparent and open with you, help you navigate your struggles, and gain a deeper awareness of yourself. I understand the difficulty in reaching out for help, I have been there personally and will support you. , In treatment, I incorporate a variety of the most up-to-date evidence-based treatments and have specific expertise in dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, SMART recovery, and 12-step recovery. I became a therapist because I love seeing people grow. I want to give back the support and guidance I was given by others.
