Hi, I’m Liz and I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2021. Prior to that I worked in the mental health field for over a decade in various roles, including as a Recovery Support Specialist and case manager. I am comfortable working with people from all walks of life and look forward to helping people discover their wants, needs, and strengths. I recognize seeking help can be difficult, or even intimidating; and our day to day responsibilities often overshadow the important self-care needs we all have. , However, therapy can be an amazing opportunity to help figure out a healthy balance in our lives. My priority is to meet my clients where they are, so I can walk beside them on their healing journey. We will go at your pace and work on the goals that you identify. , My passion is helping those with trauma, complicated relationships, attachment related difficulties, and who struggle with how they feel about themselves. I like to implement a combination of CBT and DBT-informed interventions to help my clients heal, break out of toxic patterns, and build rich and rewarding lives.
