I help people identify the areas in their life where they feel stuck and expand their perspectives to create healthy relationships with themselves and others. In therapy, I believe every behavior and thought process serves a purpose. Together, we will explore how to identify the patterns you would like to change, explore how you are influenced by your past and current relationships, and work to build an identity that fits with your most authentic self. We can work to overcome life’s challenges, together. , As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I use Systems Theory to understand the whole you and help you expand your personal story, both individually and with other important relationships in your life. I incorporate Narrative, Systemic and Contextual theories into my work and am trained in EMDR to assist those wanting to relieve symptoms of trauma. , " I work with individuals, families, and couples to help them expand their perspective and increase connection, communication, and change in their day to day lives.
