You are the expert of your life, your wants, and your needs. I am here to collaborate and work with you in figuring out how to achieve what you want out of life, and understand how to navigate around whatever may be standing in the way of getting there. I take pride in being genuine in my practice & offering my empathy & eagerness to support you in achieving your personal goals. , I work with clients on navigating transitions & dealing with feelings of anxiety & depression, as well as overcoming past traumas. My experience has been in recognizing & processing what may be bothering us, understanding patterns & relationships, practicing mindfulness, & incorporating techniques from CBT, Narrative, & Solution Focused therapies. , I believe that every person is capable in achieving their goals & understanding what is best for themselves. Life is not always as easy it seems, and it is normal to feel overwhelmed or have difficulty at times. Asking for help to get clarity in how to move forward takes true strength, & by taking the step, you are already making progress toward success.
