I welcome Individuals and couples in my practice. Clients seeking therapy may be experiencing anxiety, depression and grief, Others may be wanting to develop strategies to help balance the demands of relationships, parenting, work, life cycle transitions, and finding time to look after their own needs. In seeking therapy, they wish to gain greater clarity and understanding of their issues and themselves. , I have broad experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, transition issues and relationship problems. Using a variety of approaches, I tailor therapy to the individual needs and goals of each client. l continue to love working with couples and base my therapy on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). , Dealing with issues and problems on your own can be overwhelming and lonely. One can feel disconnected from family, and friends. In providing an empathetic presence and providing a warm, and safe space, clients are encouraged to explore new and meaningful insights into their life’s journey and improve their ability to lead a more fulfilled and contented life
