I prefer to use a combination of treatment modalities, such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology. , I often incorporate mindfulness techniques into sessions, such as guided imagery, and visualization.
