I want to first acknowledge your decision to pursue therapy services. It takes strength and courage to choose not to go it alone. I was taught the importance of doing my own personal work, and this has given me a much deeper appreciation for what it takes to grow and heal. Therapy can be anxiety provoking, even temporarily painful. However, it can also enable you to tap into your strengths, release the past, experience lasting relief, and increase positive connections. If you are ready to start this process, please know I will be there with you for the journey. , I am a licensed marriage & family therapist and certified gestalt therapist with 18+ years of experience. I provide individual, couple and family therapy. I address relationship issues, communication difficulties, divorce/blended family needs, behavioral challenges, grief & loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have a supportive, caring, and direct style. , We all have more lessons to learn in life and growing to do. I am fortunate to be in a field that brings me into contact with so many different people who have very unique lessons to teach. Good therapy starts with a solid and trusting therapeutic relationship. I will work together with you to build that foundation and to decide the best way to move forward.
