I specialize in working with the adolescent population and adults with anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, family therapy and couples counseling. I utilize various models such as CBT, DBT, Solution focused therapy and narrative therapy. , I have advanced training in the treatment of trauma, and mindfulness. I am trained in EMDR and working towards getting certified. EMDR is a specialized form of therapy that is a highly researched and highly effective way to rapidly resolve issues big or small. , I am multicultural. I am Jamaican decent as well as I am semi fluent in Spanish. I have excellent engagement skills and work collaborative with clients and tailor treatment specifically to their needs.
