My approach to therapy is relational and client-centered. I firmly believe that having a safe and supportive relationship with a client is the most important part of the therapy process. I help clients identify their inherent strengths and then together we identify what is getting in the way of living the life they want to be living. , I have extensive experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as one of several interventions to treat trauma and addictive behaviors.
