I work collaboratively with clients to clarify their goals, identify their strengths and obstacles, and examine their deeper mind and emotions. My passion for neuroscience means I work with the brains natural tendencies and processes to help my client’s create meaningful change. I work with teens and adults, specializing in anxiety and mood issues; struggles with self esteem; coping strategies; focus and executive function; peer relationship issues; and parenting matters. ", I have expertise in supporting integrative well-being and facilitating deep, emotional transformation. I especially enjoy helping clients unite their emotional and rational selves to create more ease, balance, and joy in their lives.
