About Us

My specialties in counseling are Substance Abuse Addictions, Abuse/ Domestic Violence, Codependency, Attachment style issues, and Anxiety Disorders. I work with couples and individuals on these matters. I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. I am dually licensed as a Professional Counselor and Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I was also certified as a yoga instructor through Fresh Yoga in 2018 and as a Certified Personal Trainer in 2019 through WITS. I am of the holistic approach. I do not take in interns. , " I have experience in treating abuse victims, anxiety disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression and Substance Abuse. I have an eclectic approach in counseling theories to fit each individual persons needs. ", I firmly believe in building rapport and developing trust before diving into the core issues. I provide individual and couples counseling. Office hours are between Monday-Thursday from 12pm-5pm. If you call or email between Fri-Sun, please allow time to respond on Monday.
