I have experience treating a variety of issues, however a large part of my work has been helping those overcome anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, trauma, relationship issues and life transitions. , I utilize integrative modalities and create a non-judgmental and supportive environment in order to empower individuals to create meaningful changes. I am trained in (CPT) Cognitive Processing Therapy; which is used to decrease symptoms related to trauma/PTSD. I am also trained in (I-CBT) Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for OCD/anxiety. , I believe in a strength-based approach and working collaboratively according to your specific needs and goals.
