I work with clients 18 years and older. I assist my clients with identifying their personal goals and provide them with tools and strategies they can use to be successful in overcoming their challenges. , I am also trained in Perinatal Mood Disorders through Postpartum Support International, and carry a Perinatal Mental Health Certification, where I support clients on their journey to parenthood. This allows me to support those who may be struggling with postpartum mood disorders, and struggles they may be facing throughout their pregnancy journey.
