I work with adolescents, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety/depression, trauma, stress, family/relationship issues and addiction. I am PSI trained (perinatal mental health) and provide support with all postpartum stressors. My approach is to be collaborative and provide comfort through the therapy process. , I use a person-centered approach to establish and build a therapeutic relationship.
