Hello, I am a Catholic/Christian Marriage and Family Therapist. I got my Masters Degree at Southern Connecticut and have worked in private practice in Connecticut and Colorado. I believe our struggles are at times rooted in our wounds and the lies and beliefs we have taken on throughout our lives. Healing is the process of unburdening those lies and embracing wholeness. I have worked with individuals and couples who are searching for a healthier way to communicate and relate to each other and the world.
