" Im a Licensed clinical social Worker passionate about helping others become the best versions of themselves in order to live their best lives. I believe an essential feature of therapy is that I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment in which you can begin to heal and thrive. I strive to help you identify your strengths and positive traits to assist in building confidence and self-esteem. I have had the privilege to work with a diverse population including children, families, couples and Individuals. ", I have experience working with clients in different capacities such as behavioral issues amongst children, teen substance and alcohol use, family struggles, couple counseling as well as individual counseling. I believe no two people are just alike. As a result, I take a flexible and ever changing approach to helping clients. , My goal is for clients to feel accepted, validated, and heard in such a way that they are comfortable with the vulnerability it often takes to journey through therapy. Clients can expect empathy, compassion, and open-mindedness as we work together throughout treatment. While therapy can be a lot of work, and it does take time, the results are worth it!
