Listening with respect and validation can move a client to seek their own truth and understanding. I integrate breathing and mindfulness techniques to create a calm environment, and for the client to be able to focus on what is important--assisting the client toward awareness, direction and healing. I believe that Awareness, Honesty and Hope are foundational in healing. , In addition to individual counseling for various issues, I am certified in The Grief Recovery Method ®, and serve as a Grief Recovery Method Specialist® for both individual and groups; and I also am an Advanced GRM Specialist for 1-1 online sessions.
