During the past 20 years I have been committed to both repairing and preventing emotional harm. Specifically, I have worked with many children and teens experiencing self destructive, and/or underperformance behaviors. Finding that many of my clients have dealt with ineffective fathering, I have also dedicated myself to assisting men enhance their roles within their households. It has been amazing to witness the powerful changes in men who better understand their own worth and impact on others. , I assist couples to better understand that many of their misunderstandings and behavioral patterns are gender specific. My training in Trauma-Informed Care allows me to better inform my clients as to why they struggle with anxiety, perfectionism and complex relationships. , I offer Saturday hours to accomodate working professionals. I serve clients through individual, couples, family and group interventions. We work together to find out what is the best approach to help you move forward.
