About Us

As a Certified EMDR Therapist I specialize in trauma, performance enhancement and anxiety/depression. I work with adults and adolescents to facilitate personal growth and achieve substantive change in their lives. Negative cognitions, unhealthy beliefs and emotions can be linked to unresolved disturbing/traumatic experiences from ones past. The remnants of these experiences can lead to low self-esteem, self-doubt, and emotional dysregulation. I assist clients to cultivate greater self-awareness while reprocessing the past disturbances in a way that enhances self-confidence, personal performance and interpersonal relationships. , I am a Certified EMDR therapist with formal training in The Gottman Theory (Couples), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), SFT and Psychodynamic Theory. These evidence based modalities provide the framework to conceptualize my work while providing clients with the structure necessary to drive sustained and substantive change. , I have an extensive executive corporate business management and coaching background that enhances my ability to engage and motivate clients. I foster a therapeutic environment that is built upon trust, empathy, personal accountability and truly goals/results oriented.
