We feel as though we need to have control in our lives, fearing the unknown. We strive to be perfect, feel validated, needing love. We cannot have full control of our lives, yet, with the mind, body, and soul, we can navigate the unknown by learning healthy coping skills such as journaling, meditation, & self talk. , Together we can work on gaining healthier behaviors, leading to a more peaceful life. There is light outside of those dark days, yet we often need help in seeing our way through. I am here… to help you work towards decreasing negative thoughts that can ruin your day, to root you on. I utilize a person-centered approach by creating a warm, safe, environment. , Your mental health diagnosis does not define you. If you sit in the negativity, there will be negativity.
