I am an out and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community! I am also a pagan therapist who enjoys utilizing tarot, crystals, and brainspotting in my practice. The question I get asked the most is, "isn\t pagan evil?" The easy answer is no; pagan is a term used for anyone who does not subscribe to a "traditional" religion. I prefer nature-based practices, and while I am open to working with anyone, I enjoy working with those who are open-minded and looking for a new experience with therapy. I also specialize in addictions (substance use, gambling, shopping, sex, eating disorders, and co-dependency). I work with adolescents starting at age 14 through adults. , If anyone reading this has thought, "oh she probably can\t help me" please reach out to me. I never turn anyone away unless I know of another clinician who is better suited. The hardest step to beginning therapy is finding a therapist, I believe that you won\t know the right therapist until you\ve spoken to a therapist.
