I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples and people in all types of relationships on their personal and relational journeys, as they explore themselves and their experiences, gain insight into patterns and dynamics, and ultimately, as they connect to what is meaningful in their lives. , I believe it is a privilege to sit with people and hold their stories, and I bring a sense of genuineness and collaboration to all interactions. I work with adults who are seeking support for depression, anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, and relationship challenges. I approach clients from a relational, psychodynamic, and humanistic perspective. , I believe the relationship between therapist and client is key to effective therapy, and I care deeply about forging an authentic relationship with each person who comes into my room. I strive to be attuned to each person and their unique needs, and I am committed to affirming all gender, sexual, ethnocultural, national, and religious identities.
