About Us

Thank you for considering my assistance during this difficult time in your life. I have experience with children and adults, in school, correctional and community settings providing behavior support services, intensive in-home services, crisis support, couples therapy and parenting education. In my years of experience, I have become a person-centered, culturally competent, ethically sound therapist who uses a realistic approach to empower my clients and help them be intentional with how they are showing up for themselves and in their lives , I am trained in a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches which I use in my work with individuals to include, but are not limited to, CBT, ACT, SFBT, and I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each of my clients. For couples therapy, I use Prepare/Enrich, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Couples Therapy depending on the need. , " I am a nontraditional, authentic, down-to-earth therapist who isn’t afraid to challenge you. I expect my clients to show up ready to do their work to create a better life for themselves.
