I offer couples support to strengthen their relationships & resolve issues preventing emotional & sexual intimacy. I’m licensed in DC/MD/VA. My background incl. Wall Street, the legal industry & journalism. , I help individuals, particularly corporate, legal, & medical professionals, as they strive to balance the demands of career, relationships, community & self-care. In couples therapy, I draw from EFT, IFS, & Sex Therapy. My practice is inclusive, working with individuals & couples in both monogamous & ethically non-monogamous relationships. , I offer Finance Therapy, helping individuals/couples gain insight into money-related beliefs & behaviors rooted in their childhood, and how they affect one’s adult life. By normalizing conversations about finances, individuals/couples can achieve greater clarity about their respective financial priorities & reduce conflict in their financial decisions.
