I assist people with improving their personal and professional relationships, while managing a wide range of emotions in a relaxed and collaborative environment. , We can explore how to help you find a meaningful work-life balance in the face of demanding careers and lives. Our urban environment can foster isolation and loneliness, and with many years of experience, I can help you feel supported while learning to create and/or deepen your connections with others. , Special interests of mine include working with members of the LGBTQ community, dealing with the particular issues that arise from managing aging parents and developing children, as well as the depression and anxiety that come from job choices and changes.
